I look around me, I'm back
I didn't want to come back

Authors note: In my Buffy world Angel CAN be happy (I mean come on you can a least give him that much!) Also he's able to have children. Starts anytime during the fourth season. All right enough let's get started.

"Willow," Buffy ran into their dorm, tears ran down her face.
"Buffy, what's a matter," Willow asked as she jumped up from her computer
"I'm pregnant!"
"Buffy, you can't be! I mean Harmony killed Riley almost two months ago. No," Willow shook her head as she looked away.
"Angel," Buffy said as she shook her head, "When Riley died I went and visited. We had a couple of drinks, we talked, we figured out the cure was solid,"
"Buffy," Willow squealed as she hugged her best friend tightly.
"I'm gonna be a mom," Buffy cried
"What about Angel" Willow asked, "I'm gonna love and spoil this child with all my heart. I'm not going to tell Angel he has too much on his shoulders already!"

Nine months later:

"Buffy, this is the last one. One two three push," the doctor yelled. Buffy screamed as she pushed with all her might. Then the sounds of a baby's cry filled the room.
"It's a girl! A healthy baby girl," the doctor said as he handed Buffy he child. It was that moment; Buffy fell in love all over again

Fifteen years later:

"Hello" Angel said as he opened the door. At his door stood a girl, couldn't be more that 16, she had dark brown hair with blonde highlight's, and hazel eyes. She was a good height some where around 5'6 pushing 5'7.
"May I help you," Angel asked
"I'm here to find my father," The girl said is a soft voice.
"I think you have the wrong house," Angel said as her began to shut the door.
"No, Willow said that he lives her."
"Willow Rosenberg?" Angel asked. The girl nodded, "Is your Mothers name Buffy Summers?" The girl nodded again. Angel thought back to their weekend of reckless passion. "I am your father."
"I have been waiting so long for this," The girl cried.
"Come inside," Angel said , "Where's your mother?"
"In heaven," the girl said softly as tears ran down her face
"Excuse me," Angel asked
"She died last week. She got attacked in the graveyard. She couldn't handle it," The girl said, " Mom, told me before we talked to give you this letter and insist you read it," she handed him the envelope
"I'll be right back," Angel said as he went into the back with the envelope.
He opened the envelope:

Surprise! Her name in Meghan, she 15 years old. She was born January 19, 2001. She half vampire (Or coarse) By the time she's 24 she'll stop aging. So, in other words you have some company. I never told you about her because I thought it was best. You didn't need another life to look after. She's completely aware of our world. She's even staked a couple of vamps. She handle's every thing quite well. You probably know by know I'm dead. I got jumped in the graveyard. The doctor's said I won't make it. It's kind of sad I make it this far, I've overcomed so much, and some regular old vampires take my life. In case you lost track, I'm 33, the oldest slayer ever! Wow! Hugh! Well, I better stop now I'm sure willow's hand is cramping up by now. Remember when I told you I'd always be your girl? Well, now you got another one! Expect to hear from the people back home soon!

Angel folded up the letter in a state of awe. He began to cry Meghan entered the room. She put her arms around him. Angel looked up into her eyes he saw Buffy, yet at the same time he saw himself. Day and Night had created a child. A beautiful one at that. Angel could only imagine the perils that faced Meghan in the future. The important thing is that Buffy lived on.
"Dad, are you okay?" Meghan whispered
"As well as what could be expected. I cannot believe that she's gone and that I'm a father."
"If you don't want me, Will said that she'd that me in." Meghan said in a hurt tone.
"Don't even think that for a second. I've known you for ten minutes, and I already am in love with you."
"That doesn't mean anything you loved my mom and that did stop you from abandoning her."
"Meghan, I thought it was the best for her at the time. I'll never leave you. I swear that will every once of my heart." He leaned in and hugged Meghan. At first she was reluctant but soon she gave in.
"I miss her so much," Meghan cried as she began to cry uncontrollably.
"That makes two of us," Angel said as he began to hold her even closer.
The ring of the telephone interrupted the moment. Angel ran to go get it. It was Willow.
"Hey Angel did Meghan give you the letter?"
"Yeah, she did. Meghan can stay with me. How's everyone at home?"
"Were dealing. Waiting for a new slayer, I'm the watcher for her. I'm excited about meeting her. I got Giles around to help me. I miss her so much though." Willow said as we began to cry. "The funeral is this weekend, it's at night."
"We'll be there. I'll get Meghan's stuff then." Angel said as he concluded his conversation with Willow.
"So Meghan we'll be visiting Sunnydale this weekend. Until then we have a lot of catching up to do." Angel said as he sat besides Meghan.
"What's the rush, neither one of us is going anywhere anytime soon." Meghan said.
"That's true. Let's try though."
"What was my mom like back then?"
"She was bouncy and energetic. Almost always she had a smile on her face, she stick it out during really hard times always willing to put her self on the line."
"Then she didn't change," Meghan said, "She never forgot,"
"What do you mean?" Angel asked
"She remember the day that you turned human. Just like she promised, she never forgot."
"She always lived up to what she said." Angel replied
"You could learn a lot from her," Meghan remarked bitterly.
"Let's go out." Angel and Meghan went to the set of Cordelia's new movie. Cordelia was taking her break.
"Hey Cordy, there's some one I'd like you to meet." Angel said "Meghan this is one of me and your mother's friends, Cordelia this is Meghan."
"Who's your mom," Cordelia asked
"Buffy Summers," she said.
"Cordelia, she's my daughter."
